Shipping
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. We will contact you should your order be delayed for any reason.
You will receive a tracking number for all shipments. We are not responsible for postal delays. Only express shipping is guaranteed.
If your package is lost by the carrier, we will do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Please note we are not responsible for mail that has been marked delivered but was not received, nor are we responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to customer error.
Sales + Promotions
Due to the nature of the restored products offered, all products are sold “as is”, and all sales are final. We would be happy to provide photos in addition to those already on the website prior to purchase to help with decision-making. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Discounts on promotional items may not apply to previously purchased goods. Custom orders are not eligible for promotional discounts. Discounts may not be combined.
