Musashi Sujihiki
This 205mm Sujihiki carries the Musashi mark, a brand tied to the mid–Shōwa export boom when Japanese cutlery was earning its reputation abroad. The blade shows warikomi construction with a carbon steel core and softer cladding, giving it both sharpness and resilience. Fitted with a sturdy Western pakkawood handle, it reflects a period when Japanese smiths were adapting traditional blades for Western kitchens. Restored and sharpened, this knife is a piece of cutlery history with real practical life left in it.
